DJ: American Millennium Signs Agreement with DaneMax Marketing Inc.

MOUNT DORA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 22, 1999--American Millennium
Corporation, Inc. (OTC BB:AMCI) reported today that they have signed a joint
marketing agreement with Florida based DaneMax Marketing Inc., a
multinational marketing firm.
AMCI Executive Vice-President Stephen Watwood confirmed, "We have had an
ongoing relationship with DaneMax for several months. DaneMax will utilize
AMCI cutting edge radio frequency (RF) and satellite communication
technology in data and voice delivery. Some of the application tests
currently underway include RF wireless reservation services for a hotel
chain, high value asset location and tracking, monitoring trucks and autos
for an insurance company and wireless Internet access. We will also begin
testing redundant home security systems and remote monitoring and
development of wireless Local Area Networks (LANs). Most of this activity is
in Central America and the Caribbean."
DaneMax Vice-President and Corporate Secretary Max Leimer stated, "To date,
DaneMax has purchased 14 AMCI systems using various communications
platforms. We are very pleased with the results that our clients have
experienced with the AMCI products. We are ordering another 20 systems next
week and are scheduled to order an additional 100 systems next month. We
expect to begin a serious rollout for some, if not all, of these
applications within the year."
AMCI President and CEO Andrew F. Cauthen stated, "As a reseller for multiple
satellite and RF systems, AMCI is uniquely qualified to provide whatever
communications platform is most suitable to the task at hand. We provide the
hardware, software, engineering and, in most cases, will receive an ongoing
monthly revenue from selling "airtime" for many of these different
applications."
This press release contains forward-looking statements that involve risk and
uncertainties that could cause the company's actual results and experience
to differ materially from anticipated results and expectations expressed
herein. In particular, AMCI's plans may be revised, and its actual results
may differ materially from that indicated by its current plans.
