Can they conveniently pass along the increase to borrowers? Possibly.>> I guess I didn't realize this. I made the assumption that they simply provided the technology for transfers within the VISA network. I will research a bit further, because now I am curious as to how earnings are affected by interest costs/earnings. Have you done such research? If so, what did you find?
