I have owned a small amount of IMSC for a couple years now, bought at near 15 (i.e., less than optimal return so far!). I think that they have an interesting mix of products, and they certainly have potential. One factor that may benefit them greatly in the years to come is the massive complexity being built into chips. The design software produced by companies such as Cadence, Mentor Graphics, Avanti!, Synopsis, etc. is less than optimal for these complex designs. Thus, I pre-silicon simulations, especially if they are accurate, are becoming especially important. Thus, I think that IMSC is well positioned. (Of course, I thought this a couple years ago when I first bought the stock!) Additionally, their last earnings report was very positive, and I am very encouraged by it.
