...and when a customer moves, dies, gets married etc, does the consumer notify PT or the biller. If PT then they need confirm that 15 or so billers have changed the billing info. If the consumer notifies his biller, PT is going to get bills it doesn't know what to do with. And if they ever get any customers, this will really "scale"...to thousand of service reps trying to do file maintenance....and to thousands more trying to salve irritated customers. Craft really is an embarrassment to the analyst community, allowing his past differences with CKFR blur his bad judgement. On the other hand, he probably is representative of the general public, who still don't get it either.
