Then the problem is BIGGER than you imagine or I imagine it could ever have been - HOW CAN A PRIVATELY HELD COMPANY as described by Paul Meyers to Bloomberg Press for RELEASE World WIDE on July 19, 1999 be traded publicly as an OTC BB stock?
Think that press release was for the shareholders or Lucent? You know the company knows all about that press release and I am sure someone has written to the company for an explanation - how come Jeffrey D aka JS"D" aka Burt Reynolds hasn't posted a response. Could be he is another of those ignorant stupid moron shareholder of XSNI and not worthy of response ARROGANCE IS ATTITUDE. Certainly aren't issueing press releases for the shareholders. Could be Mike Langdon can't be found by him to help him through the bloomberg piece!
Think they told Lucent or Lehman's to refer to that infamous Feb 1999 release full of mumbo jumbo and nonfacts? I did provide the public document of Feb 1999 since it mentioned Lehmans and Lucent in it to Lehman's and Lucent and evidently someone blew a gasket. "Can you please make sense of this stuff? No one seems to know what is going on." few days after Lucent - "this is London calling" - just like in a Pink Floyd recording - "mother do you think they'll drop the bomb" NYC - Just a waste of time...

Above NOT DD - not asking questions of anyone or making any contacts, just posting thoughts for others to consider and know from communications by company officials, they do not waste their time with bulletin board chatter. This is just a sounding board, think tank for all shareholders to try to make sense of this stock. Any commentary from company would be appreciated and most welcomed by the ignorant shareholders.
