Certainly the CEO can post on the boards as long as no insider information is revealed, unless it is being published for all shareholders to have access. Some CEO's have posted on these boards, particularly small BB's that the CEO actually acts as their IR guy as well. Some investors see this as a red flag and question the practice as not being very smart. Others seem to think that any dialogue with the company is good and helpful to investors in letting them know what the company is up to between NR. Nutk certainly seems to be getting on more solid ground. With a relatively small float and continuing growth it has very good upside potential. Apparently Anthony also saw the long term potential here as well.
