Robert, 'the misuse of trade secrets' is the one that scares me. This is not a new song. It happens more than most of us suspect. A giant company can drive a company into the ground and the small company doesn't have the resources to complete legal action. Time to duck, folks. I sure sorry that we, the skeptics, are correct.
