I spoke to a friend at GTW on the commercial side, his comments concerning an ISP acquistion were pretty strong - GTW needs an ISP in a big way, it costs $10/month to give away the free ISP and 2-3 yr deals are going to kill them in the long term. He couldn't give me any direction on ELNK, but there's no doubt that near term GTW will be an acquirer of an ISP. Dave
