Joe - Several of the Novell equity holdings have been hammered in the last 30 days. More recently is INTS (Integrated Systems) which traded as low as $9 this AM after peaking around $45 late last year. INTS warned the street of lower than expected earnings and sales. The other causalty last week was GWRX (Geoworks) which is now in single digits. It traded as high as $65 last year. They also warned the street (and reported) lower than expected sales.

I believe Novell did sell some of their shares in both of these companies last year, but still continue to hold 4%-5% of the outstanding shares.

It was quite interesting that many of the large mutual funds were able to receive the bad news BEFORE the street and warnings from the companies. Again the small investor was screwed.

Any details on the conference call yesterday for Novell at BrainShare? Was it generally upbeat?

EKS <What about relocating corporate HQ in Seattle, so press releases from MS get confused as those being from Novell <gr>>.
