LIST of EVENTS that'll MOVE ZSUN STOCK UP!... ZSUN up 10%!!
1) GOOD NEWS: We have plenty on their way: earnings release for the first 6 months of 1999, somewhere between $3 and $4 Millions, 10SB Form, Analyst coverage, Listing Application on NASDAQ or AMEX, potential acquisitions, etc..., in the opinion of this biased long!
2) INSIST on the Delivery of CERTIFICATES: this will speed up the Short Squeeze and get rid of the illegal "naked short" shares.
3) MASSIVE E-MAIL COMPLAINT CAMPAIGN: to NASD nasdr.com and to SEC at enforcement@sec.gov (attention J. Stark), telling them that in your opinion FAHNESTOCK is manipulating ZSUN for weeks on end now by issuing hundreds of thousands of "naked shorts", way beyond the scope required to maintain an orderly market. As a result, you believe that there are some 2 Millions "naked short" shares in existence, or about half the float and that you feel your investment is threatened by these illegal practices....

CONCLUSION: There are a number of means available to make a difference concerning the obvious manipulation of ZSUN's share price. So let's do something about it: If NASD and SEC receive 50 complaints about FAHNESTOCK, they may actually start a serious enquiry...
