Suntrader, I don't know what documents you looked at at Companies House but the Financial Statements that I have in front of say in note 1a refer to Mega Com Group Inc(X-Stream Network Inc) and its subsidiaries: Mega Com Group Plc(which is 92.3% owned) and its wholly owned subsidiaries Nethead Ltd and Global Online Directory Ltd; and X-Stream Technologies Inc, which is wholly owned and its subsidiarie X-Stream Canada Inc and X-Stream Technologies UK Ltd.. These accounts were signed off by Sone and Rovet Chartered Accountants, 1200 Sheppard Avenue East, Suite 512, North York Ontario.M2K 2S5.
