Snyder Communications Unveils Bounty SCA Worldwide
Snyder Target Marketing Companies Join Together to Create Global Marketing Group
BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 22, 1999--Snyder Communications, Inc. (NYSE:SNC - news) today announced that
the Snyder business units which provide a wide range of target marketing services will now operate under the brand name of Bounty
SCA Worldwide. The organization will operate as a global marketing group focused on consumer access.
Bounty SCA Worldwide will offer its clients an unprecedented array of global target marketing capabilities including consulting, product sampling, alternative media,
database marketing, custom publishing, interactive media, media brokerage, fulfillment and packaging.

Steven M. Kaplan was named President and CEO of Bounty SCA Worldwide. Kaplan will report to Michele Snyder, Snyder Communications' President and Chief
Operating Officer. Reporting to Kaplan is a senior management team with over 150 years of combined international marketing experience. Reporting directly to Kaplan
will be: Consumer Marketing Services -- Duane Clement, President; Direct Response Services -- Jeff Giordano and Glenn Giordano, Co-Presidents, custom media
brokerage; Bill Bradford, President, syndicated media brokerage; and Data Services -- Marty Lerner, President. Leading Bounty SCA Worldwide's European
organization will be Sinclair Stewart, Chairman, and Paul D'Inverno, President of Bounty SCA Worldwide's UK Division. Peter Martire was named Vice President of
Finance.
