take a look at the 2 yr. TECD chart ... very similar charts ... similar reasons for the declines now look how TECD returned back to it's trendline ... after all it's bad news was out. today .... NETA reported very lil earnings .... and was expected to tank, it did not tank ... new contracts for them NEON hired someone ... with big affilliations, to bring in business ... we will be the tecd chart ... a couple months down the road
