Both Frank and Waters want to nix the tax cuts and boost government spending. Waters said that every neighborhood should have an internet portal, blah, blah, blah. Greenspan argued that increased government spending in the absence of private sector investing hasn't worked well. She wanted to argue for entitlements, etc. since the government subsidized the TVA, SBIC, etc.
