Thanks Jon, It would seem that you have the financials for Mega Com Inc and i have the financials for Mega Com Plc. The financials that i have were signed off by: Baker Tilly Chartered Accountants The Clock house 140 London Road Guildford Surrey GU1 1UW UK I note that your financials show Mega Com Plc being 92.3% owned by Mega Com Inc, whereas, mine show Mega Com Plc being 100% owned by Mega Com Inc. Discrepancies again from the company ! My financials were signed off on September 30th 1998. Accounts up to April 30th 1998. However, the document relating to the 100% ownership is a return dated 13 September 1998. What date were yours signed off ? Cheers ST
