HANDSHAKE,just got a call back from my broker who said Raymond James would issue me a certificate for my shares but wanted to know if I knew they were restricted. Of course I said yes and explained the liquidity situation. First time however, they wanted to charge me a small fee. The letter from the president was definitely a motivating factor IMO.
