If it cost you ten dollars to produce at shirt here and you sell it for 14. Labor wise in china that same shirt cost you 1.00 to produce you are still selling it for fourteen creating more profit for your company. this assumes transports costs are low. The two dollars is negligible in comparison to the thirteen. The results show on your companies profit statement the export shows up as export from china not as American product source produced in other nation. The us dollar as longs as it maintains inner strength nation wise promotes this. Japan also outsourced to other Asian nations. The problem in China is part populous which China is addressing however They might just end up having to many males and much to much aggressive behavior in another decade.
