Well, there you have it! Racom is DEAD! Kaput! It's called a reverse merger -- an elephant buys a mouse and the mouse eats the elephant. The only thing left undone is a change in symbol.

BTW, It is time for Ramtron to come clean on ownership of Racom's RFID patent.
