When novices to a thread indicate an interest and are chided into silence or flamed for their ignorance, the value of SI is lost to that person. Agree. Also, I would add that the value of the person is lost to SI and its participants. This thread has had little of that, in part due to Uncle Frank's reasoned supervision, example-setting, and excellent diplomatic skills. As our leader, shouldn't we call him King Richard? Stan
