Good point on the tax. The tax losses and credits alone are probably worth a lot more than the low ball bid. Hyal has a deficit of 88 million and climbing.

I'm not convinced they wouldn't be interested in the technology. Hyal had some well respected researchers, over 50 patents, and several products that went thru varying stages of clinical trials.

I would be surprised if they could win without increasing the bid. The market is still valuing Hyal at twice that.
