I completely understand your frustration, and I assure you that MDMI will put out financials. I anticipate that it will be WELL BEFORE the Jan. 2000 deadline, but as the audit is not complete, and the 10k not ready to be filed, Mr. Verrill is unable to commit to a defined date. We support his lack of interest in speculation!

Patience and Time will prove that MDMI is sound and profitable, until then one must evaluate MDMI based on the information that is currently available. ps - Richard, we do take credit for creating significant exposure in MDMI. The stock price has appreciated and held over 50% in the past week with over 5 million shares traded. We feel this is significant, as a new floor is being developed in the $.15 range. I might also note that that this represents nearly 500% gain in this issue since we began coverage!
