*OT* Darleen, I, by no means, want to say anything bad about Canada. I think Canada represents a society with real democracy. However, I am surprised that some immigrant (Chinese or not) can go there to collect welfare checks from Day one. That does represent some shortcoming of that system, IMO. Thank you for your post.
