Isee3D to stream extreme sports in 3-D for skatesurfsnow.com Isee3D Inc EYEC Shares issued 59,794,721 Jul 21 close $1.09 Thu 22 Jul 99 News Release Mr. Gary Oberman reports Isee3D Inc. will be the exclusive 2-D and 3-D video content provider for www.skatesurfsnow.com, one of the world's leading extreme sports Web sites. Isee3D will install cameras and encoder hardware at a physical site known as the Hub, in Huntington, Calif., in order to stream video of some of the world's best extreme sports athletes onto the Internet. The Hub, a 5,000 square foot commercial space, has been equipped with various ramps and other required fixtures by skatesurfsnow.com and is a main training centre for top skateboarders and rollerbladers. Skatesurfsnow.com generates revenues from advertising, sponsorship, and from its on-line merchandise store. Isee3D Inc. will have a 50-per-cent interest in all revenues generated from skatesurfsnow.com. www.skatesurfsnow.com currently reports approximately 1.5 million Web site hits per month. Gary Oberman, president of Isee3D stated: "The success of the X-Games televised annually on a global scale, as well as the exponential growth of skateboarding, snowboarding and rollerblading make this opportunity very exciting for our company. We think people will be extremely impressed when they see some of the world's most talented athletes in live-streamed 3-D. We are also very encouraged by the existing Web traffic and on-line merchandise sales and look forward to dramatically increasing those numbers once we've added streaming video to the site offering", continued Mr. Oberman. Frank Drechsler, president of Pacific Trading Post.com Inc., the parent company of skatesurfsnow.com stated: "We are very excited about our relationship with Isee3D Inc., and believe that it will lead to exponential growth in Web traffic and revenues for our Web site. Skatesurfsnow.com with its expertise in extreme sports has created a large traffic site with impressive on-line merchandising revenues. We have done this without video streaming these exciting sports events. Once we add 3-D video, we plan on being one of the most exciting Web sites on the Internet." Mr. Oberman concluded: "The success of our company rests in large part on our pioneering ability to proliferate 3-D on the Internet. We are doing this by streaming interesting content and creating a demand for that content and for our 3D retail kit while at the same time pursuing hosting fees and a share in advertising, merchandising and other revenue streams. With our announcement earlier in the week regarding woodstock.com, and the current agreement with skatesurfsnow.com, we are accomplishing these goals and creating value for our shareholders."
