They say the internet will change our lives. If ever there was a good example, AMEX, the portals, NetBank and Wingspan are starting to prove that theorem. Most traditional banks just don't get it; or they are so foolishly wasting time as to try to duplicate, at tremendous cost, what is already available while their customers take their business right out the door and onto their computer.
