No question. Silicon Valley wouldn't have its name if it weren't for the likes of Intel. Now all those silicon companies are moving out to TX and Utah and Colorado. She thinks the software industry can sustain growth, but it can't since the development environment has gone virtual. And the .com companies spring up everywhere, not just there. Looks like Cal is in for a recession after dem rule kicks in.
