Joe, just occurred to me. The lack of an IBM/NDS agreement this week might suggest that they are having real trouble landing a deal. You would think it would be in the best interest of both parties to make an announcement during Brainshare to maximize publicity for both companies. You would think they would have pushed real hard to close this one up if they were anywhere near close. Course the week is young. sf
