Response from X-Stream UK ! Seems in England they have a different interpretation of Public Companies. It sounds like they think that because they do not have to report, they are not public !

Still no response from Manning, i didn't really expect one. Might hear from his lawyers though ! LOL

Names and e-mail addresses have been withheld to protect the innocent!

RESPONSE #1

Dave,
1. X-Stream Technologies Uk is a wholly owned sub of X-Stream Technologies, Inc.
2. None of the companies in the X-Stream family are public reporting companies.
I hope this helps. Regards,

Subject: Company enquiries

Dear Mr Meyers,

I am hoping that you can clear up an issue that has arisen from an article
published by Bloomberg UK which mentions X-Stream Technologies UK Ltd.

The article published by Bloomberg under Technology News on July 19th, 1999
refers to the anouncement that AOL Europe will offer free internet access in
the UK.

In the article, it mentions X-Stream Technologies UK Ltd and states that the
company is privately held.

Upon querying this with the representative from Bloomberg who wrote the
article, he states that he was informed by Chris Sukornyk and yourself that
X-Stream Technologies UK Ltd was privately held.

The records at Companies House in London show that X-Stream Technologies UK
Ltd is owned by X-Stream Technologies Inc.

In the circular which was sent out in February 1999 to shareholders of
X-Stream Network Inc. (XSNI) it states that X-Stream Technologies Inc. is
owned by XSNI.

Can you please confirm whether or not X-Stream Techno;ogies Inc. is owned by
XSNI. Also, can you confirm that X-Stream Technologies UK Ltd is owned by
X-Stream Technologies Inc.

Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely

RESPONSE #2

Nethead is no longer an X-Stream company. While GOD still is, it is not a public reporting company.
Also, X-Stream Tech inc is owned by X-Stream Network inc. Regards,

,

Thank you for your quick response to my enquiry.

One further question, can you tell me who owns X-Stream Technologies Inc ?
Is it, or is it not, owned by X-Stream Network Inc ?

Also, when you say that "none of the companies in the X-Stream family are
public reporting companies." Does that include Nethead and GOD ?

Thank you in advance for your assistance with this matter.

Sincerely

RESPONSE #3

You are right, my days do end up to be rather long.....I am aware of over
the counter trading. These shares were not the result of an IPO by
X-Stream and company is not considered a public reporting company.
Regards,
