Mark: Opinions are beautiful things! I disagree with your assessment of the "viability" of the California business environment. I have several national clients who all forgo involvement with a large potential market in California due to the intrusive and pervasive nature of the regulatory scheme in CA, especially as to environmental issues. The business flight from California has been well documented. JLA
