I am glad...My appetizer was escargot en croute, snails steamed in wine, and encased in puff pastry; my wife and son had crab bisque, a sort of fancy version of Maryland cream of crab soup, with lumps of backfin crab meat. For dessert, my wife and I had tiramisu, cake soaked in espresso with a mild cheese and whipped cream, sweetened with kahlua; and my son had a slice of double chocolate mousse cake....
