Zuma, What makes you think that the new AMEX bank will allow you to make deposits at their ATM's? Do you know this for a fact or are you speculating? Because I can find no reference to such on their new website... home.americanexpress.com They seem to mention only the same deposit options as the other internet banks, which, as you mention, is an annoyance.
