That has happened in my business. Customers that you do business with for years leave. They didn't say what was wrong or what was the matter, so the problem could be fixed.

Problem is, when you ask how everything is going, some say FINE and dump you anyway. I don't know why some are afraid to speak out and tell you the problems/faults or whatever is bugging them instead of dumping you.

I guess that's how some people operate.

If you don't speak up, how can anyone fix the problem?
