What makes you think they are Reg"S"? In actual fact these shares are normal restricted 144 stock that cannot be sold on the market for one year from the date of restriction. The discount to market takes into account the risk involved when not being able to trade the stock for one year and the fact that one has to buy a large parcel and cannot suitably diversify and spread the risks. It's also very clear that since I bought this sizeable stake into XNET my posting on XNET has been very sparse compared to what it was earlier on. As for disclosing that one is long the stock, why don't the shorts disclose their positions as well when posting: the reality is hardly anyone does it. As for insisting that you disclose your position on ZSUN, it's a fair thing to do when you want to joust verbally with others who have disclosed theirs, a show of courtesy, in other words... F.
