Glenn,

The entire thing is out now. Write downs etc. to clean the sheets for S3 taking over. This way S3 gets a clean co. that will not be a load for them to take on in Oct. to the S3 balance sheet.

S3 closed today at 12 1/8...given the details of the deal .52 of S3 for 1 of DIMD...DIMD is valued at 6.30 per share.
