Definition, LTD. Announces New Board Of Directors
LAS VEGAS, July 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Definition, LTD. (OTC Bulletin Board: DFNL) is pleased to announce that it has expanded its Board of Directors to five members. Donna Anderson has assumed the position of CEO and President. Charles Kiefner will remain on the board as a Director and Secretary of the company.
Additionally, Steven T. Gallagher and Frankie Randall have accepted positions on the Board, replacing Elmer J. Jones and Dr. William Turner. A search has begun to fill the vacant position on the board.
Donna Anderson stated, "I am pleased for the company and its shareholders, as these new board members will greatly facilitate our move towards being a major force in media distribution. Definition, LTD. has recently relocated its headquarters to Las Vegas, Nevada, and restructured management so that it can focus the in-house experience on production and distribution of its film assets and move forward with the creation and expansion of the "Golden Legend" record label in conjunction with Vision Television Network.
