Trader - I don't know how much ZSUN or XNET Francois holds, or when and how he acquired the shares. As you know, if he were to ask me for legal advice the attorney-client privilege would prevent me from discussing the subject on the thread. The case law on disclosure obligations is evolving rapidly, along with the overall development of what will soon be a huge and inconsistent body of law on Internet do's-and-don'ts. I find it fascinating but don't have the time or desire to try to become an expert. Actually, with the lawsuits and threats of lawsuits flying on this thread, and since I'm not a litigator and don't wish to be drawn into a litigation, my instincts are telling me to stay the hell out of it. I'm sure you can understand. If I see an easy general question float by, I might take a crack at it. But if it involves Francois or any of the Evil 8 personally, I'm going to keep my mouth shut. -Eric
