When is the spinoff I have all kinds of press releases I've read, I may have overseen the date, but can someone tell me? What are the developments going on? What does management do in day to day operations? I haven't called them because time difference makes it difficult. I don't want to call when I have a bedroom voice. lol jk Please reply
