Dennis ---Just finish the conference call they had with the CFO ---He did not have one nice thing to say about the company making money for the year 2000 . I realize that he must have MR Gates approval to be so negative about the company but what they are not doing is providing accurate facts for investors to base decisions on for the future . This disturbs me a lot because I feel they owe us an accurate assessment .
When Maeffi says that Windows 2000 will have no material effect on year 2000 and Office 2000 will not be a big hit he is not telling the truth . It is hard to read through the un-truth's .
The only positive comments he had was they are considering a tracking stock fot the internet properties . The real problem is that he did not say in what year

BEST WISHES
BILL

PS Will to reconsider my position after I listen to MR Gates ---would like to hear some facts instead of excuses why MSFT can not make it
