To my untrained eye, it's looking a bit better wrt the Xs and Os.
However, Relative Strength has been on a sell signal since 04/05/94. That indicator will turn positive if the February 94 RS peak is exceeded. By my calculations, that would require a move to:

GZTC > ( 2.18 * Dow Industrials / 1000 )

Good thing that's not the primary signal!
