Interview with new CQP CEO

Newly appointed CPQ CEO Michael Capellas said today that CPQ will focus on cost reduction, closing their Fremont CA plant. He feels their sales force has been well-trained. He has only been with the company one year, working as COO since June 2. Bab Napier will replace him as COO. They are currently looking for a new CFO, interviewing inside and outside the company. He feels being a relative newcomer to CPQ gives him “a clear focus” on their problems.
