They got $21 in cash on their last balance sheet filing. Shorts and chatsters will keep it $4-6 for months, you are as ever, correct. Burn is sizeable. Have not seen any lawsuits yet, but the last 4 million share round is sure to say they were duped. I can hear Millberg Weiss now....
