Hi Bruce ... Are you still around following Ballad. How are your other Peru investments? Ballad is very quite know. The just announced a very "big deal" two weeks ago. They acquired some other properties in Peru. The whole deal looks very interesting. But the investment community is not impressed yet. I am waiting for the first exploration results from the properties. We'll see ... Michael
