kooky 1. crazy, offbeat 2. a guy who hangs around 77 Sunset Strip and lends you his comb 3. a thingamajig on the internet that attaches to your browser and allows websites established by ego-maniacs who offer 30 day free trials to prevent you from getting another free trial (unless someone on SI teaches you how to remove the kooky)
