GB, If you like RLR keep it:-),from reading the release the deal isn't going to close until the 4th Qtr. PFX is already in their 4th qtr so you need to do some DD on RLR and see what Qtr they are in. The buyout price is for $36.25, the stock closed at $35.00 on the ask, or i should say was halted there. It might jump a bit in the morning,if you have better places to put the $ you might want to sell. Take your time, you won, the money is yours, have a beer, breathe deep, laugh, go to Disneyworld. Whatever you do it's money in the bank. :-0 Alex
