So, where are we going from here? Not much price or volume change on the relatively good news that the bankruptcy case was dismissed. Anyone have a feel for when the arbitration judge will make a decision? And what the decision will be?

It would seem to me that the arbitration is really the key factor. We win that, the RICO suit would be icing on the cake. In my VERY humble opinion. What thinks the rest of ye?
