I did same thing, but I didn't get in until about 1-2 wks after it went public (11-1/2). I Still did fine when I sold it between 16-17.

I've since bought big blocks at 13 1/2 & 11 1/2 and will just sit on it.

The just acquired Visual Solutions & Salumunek.

Their primary competitor is Aspen Technologies, who went public the previous year and skyrocketed.

I anticipate similar growth patterns as Aspen. Not just from a stock standpoint, but if you look how company increased product line and revenues ... SMCI's doing the exact same thing.

And I still like the fact that 3/4's of company is owned by company principals.
