Dennis,

Both my Accounts (Datek and Fidelity) have
the stock halted at Ask:35 Bid:25 Last: 29 11/16.
the specialist halted trading at these prices, nobody
is going to be selling at 25 in the morning, the stock
had better open up at least at the ask, then there
will be some folks bailing.

The deal is done, you will get whatever the closing
price of RLR was today, i believe it was $47.50??,
RLR can tank all it wants, the only thing stopping
this is if the shareholders of either company vote
no. PFX is a no brainer in that dept, and i seriously
doubt the RLR shareholders are going to vote no.

It's time to vent though, they got PFX damn cheap,
i really thought that the management was going to
keep buying companys after the last deal. Well i
guess these guys can buy alot of golf balls with
the bucks they just pocketed.

Alex
