If MSFT warns that revenues and profits will be down but the company does not mean what they say, as Alok suggested in his post, then shareholders and the public should be very upset with MSFT.

We have the right to expect honest expectations from management.

It's bad enough that we have to cope with the bugs and flaws in new versions of MSFT Windows.

Does this mean MSFT management has the right to mislead the public about future earnings when they say one thing but mean the other?
