Eric,

Different people have different strategies and different levels of risk tolerance.

" My point is that I think the risk in some of these large cap companies is highly underated. You have a false sense of security based on a long running bull market. Good luck." So what you are saying here is that based on your risk tolerance you don't think MSFT is a good buy now and perhaps never again. I think MSFT is still a compelling value and continue to hold it.

" Where was I? Buying these stocks - then selling them. I am liquid now, with less than 15% of my money in the market. 5% puts on these and other companies." Again, your strategy. I'm invested 95% stock and 5% cash.

" I have done well and have the cash, houses etc." I and others have done quite well for ourselves and could list our assets as well. Many of us in part owe some of our success to selecting MSFT. It is just that not all of us think it is time to sell.

Good Luck with your investments,
Brian Malloy
