This sort of thing happens in startup internet companies ALL the time. No difference. Now are YOU saying that Xoma's price wasn't helped recently by the additional spin of CBIC and Sutro? BTW I never said earnings projections constituted a business plan. Also, I haven't found anyone yet that knew what Iomega's business plan was BUT it was easy enough to spot the spin when it was flying.
