Yes Reginald - <<Repurchashing shares does not increase the value of the company, it simply decreases dilution >> exactly. And that's what I want less dilution more shareholder value - as in higher stock price.

Your opinion that <<The repurchasing of shares at this juncture simply confirms that the company's mgmt. has no other worthwhile investment inwhich to direct its resources>> is one conclusion. I would see it more as a company statement that "our own stock is the best investment we can make at this point".

Restoring investor confidence should be a Novl priority. And, a share buyback is a good beginning down that road.
